Cladding Installation & Door Installation
Northmark carried out cladding installation and door installation on this project — fitting timber cladding for a clean, weather-ready exterior, along with doors set plumb, square and true for smooth, reliable operation. Working across Canberra and the surrounding region, we finish every cladding run and door fit to Australian Standard here in Canberra so the result is built to last.
Eaves & Timber Fascia Replacement
This project is an eaves and timber fascia replacement — bare steel eave framing transformed into a timber-look slat ceiling using durable, weather-resistant battens. Our team installed each batten to keep the lines tight and consistent along the full run of the eave, finished to Australian Standard here in Canberra so the roofline is weatherproof and looks the part.
Eaves & Timber Fascia Replacement — Black Finish
Another eaves and timber fascia replacement, this time finished in sleek black timber-look battens for a bolder, contemporary look. We installed the battens with the same attention to detail throughout, keeping every line straight and every join tight around the corner of the soffit — finished to Australian Standard here in Canberra and built to handle the weather with virtually no upkeep.
Wall Framing & Roof Truss Installation
This project combines wall framing and roof truss installation — timber wall frames set square and true, followed by precision-cut roof trusses installed to lock in the structure. Built to Australian Standard here in Canberra from the ground up and left ready for the next trade to come in behind us.
Wall Framing In Progress
Wall framing in progress on this build — our crew lifting and setting beams, squaring up wall frames and installing lintels throughout. Every frame is built to Australian Standard here in Canberra, giving the structure the accurate, solid skeleton that everything else in the build relies on.
